I am currently looking for a passionate and visionary co-founder for our startup, "Inspecting Our Flywheel". Our goal is to enhance Zoro's organizational effectiveness by integrating company-wide retrospectives semi-annually. We are addressing urgent issues such as the breakdown of the feedback loop, low employee engagement and lack of transparency and communication within Zoro. The co-founder should ideally share an interest in addressing these problems and contributing to our mission of aligning Zoro's mission of building a thriving company. Taking part in our journey means becoming an essential part of a team that includes key members like the President, C-suite, and Department Directors, whose main tasks involve planning, gathering feedback, and implementing changes.
