We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our team at Lat48 Ventures, a leading cryptocurrency advisory firm and incubator. Our passion is driving the digital transformation, shaping the future of blockchain technology, and advancing the universal adoption of digital assets. Your core responsibilities would include working directly with cutting-edge projects, exchanges, and funds in the crypto-space, helping them strategize long-term plans for key GTM activities, ecosystem and partnership strategy, as well as conducting exploratory research and evaluation. We require profound knowledge of blockchain technologies, regardless of chain preference, as we're chain agnostic. However, having a strong network or understanding of different ecosystems is beneficial. Familiarity with various engagement models, such as deliverable-based, ad-hoc, scope-based, retainer-based, and referral-based, is essential for this role. As an Associate, you'll contribute directly to our mission of providing strategic insights and incubation services to crypto-focused projects and startups.
