Last Friday, we received fantastic news from OpenAI — we’ve been awarded a small grant to support entrepreneurship development in the world’s poorest countries to help combat poverty.
Our vision at PitchBob.io is that our product serves as a way to empower people with the skills to help themselves — a means of providing a “fishing rod,” not just the “fish”— positively impacting economic wellbeing in some of the world’s poorest and developing countries. Dmitry Maslennikov's statement on this initiative is available here: PitchBob’s Role in the Global Social and ESG Agenda.
Thanks to this grant, we’ll be able to offer the lowest possible prices and a limited number of free generations in the first 20 countries with high poverty rates, limited access to education and healthcare, unstable political conditions, and economies largely dependent on agriculture or low-tech industries. Many of these nations face additional challenges from natural disasters, conflicts, or a heavy reliance on foreign aid.
These initial 20 countries include:
- 🇧🇮 Burundi
- 🇸🇸 South Sudan
- 🇲🇼 Malawi
- 🇲🇿 Mozambique
- 🇨🇩 Democratic Republic of the Congo
- 🇨🇫 Central African Republic
- 🇲🇬 Madagascar
- 🇳🇪 Niger
- 🇪🇷 Eritrea
- 🇸🇱 Sierra Leone
- 🇱🇷 Liberia
- 🇹🇩 Chad
- 🇬🇲 Gambia
- 🇰🇲 Comoros
- 🇾🇪 Yemen
- 🇬🇼 Guinea-Bissau
- 🇹🇬 Togo
- 🇭🇹 Haiti
- 🇷🇼 Rwanda
- 🇲🇱 Mali
Thank you once again for making it possible to take meaningful steps towards this goal.
