Hey, this is Dima, founder of PitchBob, and I’m pumped to share our success story on launching a Proof of Concept (PoC) with Wharton. I’ll keep it short.
Check out this quick overview video.
We’re fortunate to have Sergey Netessine, a Senior Vice Dean for Innovation and Global Initiatives at The Wharton School, as our strategic advisor. Sergey not only believes in our product but has also taken it into action. He was the first among top universities to integrate our tool into his course.
Here’s what we did for Wharton:
- Built a customized white-label version of PitchBob
- Redesigned templates and rewritten content to match Wharton’s tone and style
- Launched a tailored product for the students
Sergey adopted an iterative approach, where students developed entrepreneurial ideas from scratch over six weeks. PitchBob acted as their guide, helping them refine and perfect their pitches.
Out of 80 students, 50 actively used PitchBob, and Sergey had real-time access to their progress, allowing him to track how their ideas evolved, their skills grew, and their presentations improved week by week.
At the end of the course, we analyzed all 80 final presentations using our analytics tool and compared assessments from PitchBob, Sergey, and the students themselves. The results showed incredible alignment!
