We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join the vibrant Bhasho team. This strategic role requires someone with a strong grasp of direct-to-consumer marketplace dynamics and a proven track record in enhancing brand connections and expanding distributor networks. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify, engage and onboard new D2C brands. 2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans. 3. Nurture relationships with existing brands and distributors to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and market presence. 5. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities. 6. Work closely with top management for goal alignment and business strategy formulation. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in a business development role in a startup or D2C domain. 2. Understanding of ecommerce, SEO, and data analytics. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment. 5. Proficiency in industry-standard CRM tools
