Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Organizing and managing our technical team and workflow. 2. Assuming a hands-on development role when needed. 3. Continuously improving the effectiveness of our system, both backend and frontend. 4. Leading our technology research and development, ensuring we stay atop industry trends and technology breakthroughs. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role. 2. Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy. 3. Understanding of budgets and business-planning. 4. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
