Co-founder position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Position Description: The Chief Marketing Officer will play the crucial role of architecting the brand strategy, developing a high-performing marketing division, and driving revenue growth. As CMO, the prospective co-founder would have strategic oversight in areas such as public relations, brand and product marketing, event management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills with a broad knowledge of the dance industry and a track record of successful marketing campaign management. This position will report directly to the Founder and Creative Director. Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement. 2. Lead marketing team members as well as external marketing agencies and other partners. 3. Monitor and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary. 4. Develop and oversee the marketing and advertising budget. 5. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services. 6. Coordinate with the Creative Director to align marketing efforts
