As the Project Manager of the fast-growing Arabilis Project Kenya, I'm seeking a passionate and dedicated co-founder to join our forward-thinking team. As we champion the modernization of farming practices in rural Kenya, improve food security, and mitigate losses for smallholder tea farmers, we're eager to maximize our potential and solidify our market position. The ideal co-founder will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in Agricultural Tech and Supply Chain Management as we continue to offer our innovative solution - quality-assured tea plucking baskets and bags. By maintaining the freshness and quality of tea leaves during harvest and transport, we provide farmers with increased revenue. Expected responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Assisting in the development and implementation of company strategies. 2. Spearheading innovative solutions targeted at optimizing the tea production process. 3. Building and maintaining farmer relationships. 4. Driving the growth of our market share by enhancing product promotion and factory agreements.

Arabilis manages smallholder relationships to promote food security for Kenyan smallholders. We target rural, underserved farmers, and aim to increase food access through modern farming practices like hydroponics. Our innovative quasi-equity process stabilizes incomes and ensures continuous, low-cost food provisions.
