Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth. 2. Use data-driven marketing techniques to identify market trends and preferences. 3. Constantly interact with feedback from guests to improve service and offerings. 4. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure consistent and friendly service. 5. Work with the IT support team to enhance our property management system. Skills 1. Previous experience in sales or marketing in the hospitality industry.
