Your role will predominantly involve online enhancement of our brand, promotion of our innovative products, and community engagement. You should be skilled in creating appealing content to reach our diverse audience of screenwriters, local residents, and wine aficionados. Your ultimate target will be to fortify our brand presence, maximize customer attraction and retention, and drive our mission of fostering community, empowering people of color, and supporting the local creative industry. In addition to this, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager known for impeccable communication and people skills. We want someone empathetic and patient to manage our customer interactions, ensuring satisfactory resolution of queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will understand our ethos of ethical sourcing, fresh meals, and community service, ultimately translating it into an unbeatable user experience.
