We are looking for a Product Manager to join us on this exciting journey. Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in developing strategic product roadmaps, addressing customer needs, handling backlog prioritization, collaborating with our engineering and sales team and leading product launches. Requirements: Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of product management principles with excellent empathizing skills to anticipate user needs. A background in software technology, analytical capabilities, and strong communications skills will be a definite plus. Our startup, !nService, is redefining the way law enforcement record management is handled. With real-time, interactive solutions for use in the field or a vehicle, we're addressing a gap left by current inefficient and costly systems. Our aim is to save Americans over $500 million annually in underutilized hours, administrative errors, and duplicate efforts while improving mental health and community trust.

Many of these systems are outdated and under-performing. Pen and paper, MS Word, Windows-based clients, old databases, silo'd. etc.
