We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an AI Technical Lead. As an AI Technical Lead at HOSPOW, your job will be to help design, build and implement our AI-driven Hiring Simulator and Smart Adaptive Training Platform. You'll be working directly with our founder and will play a key role in shaping the growth and direction of our revolutionary product. Responsibilities Include: - Leading the development and implementation of AI algorithms. - Collaborating with the product team to integrate AI features and capabilities. - Managing the AI development team and ensuring milestones are met. - Staying updated with latest AI trends and technologies relevant to our mission. Ideal Candidates: - Previous experience in AI and machine learning in a leadership position. - Proficiency in Python programming and relevant AI libraries. - Familiarity with AI application in HR or hospitality industry will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
