As an AI Technical Lead at HOSPOW, your job will be to help design, build and implement our AI-driven Hiring Simulator and Smart Adaptive Training Platform. You'll be working directly with our founder and will play a key role in shaping the growth and direction of our revolutionary product. Responsibilities Include: - Leading the development and implementation of AI algorithms. - Collaborating with the product team to integrate AI features and capabilities. - Managing the AI development team and ensuring milestones are met. - Staying updated with latest AI trends and technologies relevant to our mission.
