Given my startup's mission, the scope of our services and growth thus far, I believe that we would greatly benefit from a Co-founder who can bring an additional set of unique skills and experiences to Seagull. Ideally, the Co-founder would have extensive experience in digital tools for SMEs, a deep understanding of the African market, and a demonstrated track record in start-up growth and development. Additionally, key qualities such as resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking are vital. This role provides an excellent opportunity to impact the growth of SMEs in Africa by addressing their systemic challenges. Together, we will transform the lives of countless entrepreneurs and contribute to the development of African economies.
