With our pre-seed fundraising round coming up, we're looking for a passionate Co-Founder and Chief Operation Officer (COO) to join Makore Events' founding team. The ideal candidate would share our mission to empower everyone to experience culture and education in Israel through our event discovery platform. Your role would primarily involve operations, business development, and establishing partnerships with local communities, organizations, and event organizers across Israel. You need to have a strong operational background and be capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment. Previous experience with events management, partnerships, or similar roles will be a huge plus. A love for culture, education, and connecting people with meaningful experiences is a must. Users can efficiently find educational, social, cultural and community events based on preferences for city, date or category. The app provides full details, easy registration, integrated calendars for reminders, and post-event feedback options.
