I am looking to recruit a passionate co-founder for our startup ChromTrust. Our venture focuses on creating intelligent labels designed to keep track of products and monitor their environmental conditions. These labels, fitted with printed electrochromic displays integrated with sensors, RFID/NFC, and a battery, activate on demand or when sensing trouble. Our aim is to safeguard product and patient safety in the biopharmaceutical industry while preventing costly cold chain ruptures. The prospective co-founder should be someone with vast experience in the biomanufacturing, logistics, retail, or RFID sectors. The role will further entail refining our Minimum Viable Product, taking it to market, and providing leadership in our ongoing expansion efforts. As a co-founder, the ideal candidate should have a compelling vision for the future of the industry, along with pertinent experience in business development and navigating the startup landscape.
