PitchBob is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them iteratively create a large number of necessary documents at the beginning of their business idea development. It saves a lot of time and helps overcome the blank page problem.

The product is a step-by-step (question-answer) AI chatbot with its own methodology and dialogue structure. It’s important to follow this structure to achieve a quality result.

The final outcome and quality of the generated documents depend on the quality and completeness of your answers.

Set realistic expectations: in case of insufficient information, the bot might hallucinate, and the final documents will require tuning and revision from your side.

To start using the product, open any suitable messenger or a web chat on your computer or phone.

Ensure that you enter the correct email, as your documents will be sent there, and your email will serve as your user identifier instead of a login in the future.

Answer the bot’s questions in the format: one question — one answer. You can respond either in text or voice, whichever is more convenient for you.

Please follow the bot’s recommendations regarding the number of characters per question, and avoid uploading large amounts of information — respond on your own.

You have access to buttons:

• Help me to answer, which the bot offers based on your previous answers.
• Teach me, which allows you to watch short instructional videos to better understand how to correctly answer the given question.
• You can choose your own answer or the bot’s answer, and the bot may offer several versions of the answer upon your request.

If you want to return to a previous question and change your answer, press the Back button.

If you wish to skip a question, type Skip, but remember that the quality of the generated documents directly depends on the completeness, detail, and quality of your answers to the bot’s questions.

You can skip two major blocks of questions and answer them in subsequent iterations:

• For creating a financial model.
• For attracting investments.

If you want to start over or create a new generation of documents, press Quit and then Hello — the dialogue will start from scratch.

To enter a promo code, press the Redeem promo code button at the end of the dialogue with the bot and enter your promo code in the chat window.

Some content will come to you directly in the chat, but most of it will be sent to your email.

Note that some documents will arrive in your email immediately, while others may take some time—this is done to reduce the load at one time.

All your answers will be visible to the administrator, as well as all documents generated and sent to you.

As a result, you will receive a large set of artifacts, and with each subsequent iteration, you will be able to update them as your idea develops.

You can continue working on your idea in the format of monthly tracking in the co-pilot—all your data will be saved and attached to your email.
