Creating a fine chip conveyor filter system that helps flooding issues and chip contaminations on CNC Mills. The issue has plagued CNC machines since the last 20 years. I've spoken to many other operators off of these Mills and they all have the same issue when it comes to fine chips. This system will filter the fine and large chips and move them away from the flow of coolant into a collection bucket.
