My key role is Founder and Principal Engineer, and I'm responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the startup and leading all engineering tasks.

Our team currently consists of two highly motivated technical founders. We could expand our lines with a strategic planner, a marketing specialist, and a user experience expert.

We empower customers to own their engineering platform, delivering a turnkey experience leveraging open-source software and automated processes. Moreover, we encourage divergence to accommodate unique business needs and offer the flexibility for customers to opt-out without interruption.

For our Self hosted as a Service, the monthly price is 5000$/Environment For our Turnkey deployment in the customer cloud, the one-time fee is 50k For extra consulting, 500$/h

Traction

We worked on deploying our MVP on multiple Cloud vendors and are approaching a first commercialisable product as we have almost reached the minimal required features for this first release. We are entering a phase in which we are ready to show our customers the product and develop the business, marketing and customer side of the company.

We are diligently working towards launching our product via our web portal soon, and plan to commence customer billing simultaneously. This indicates a significant milestone in our progress journey.

Metrics

Currently, we are still in the process of establishing our product metrics. We aim to have concrete figures soon which will aid us in making data-driven decisions and inform our growth strategy effectively.

Our financial health remains sturdy as we've strategically managed our 80k budget over a span of six months at an efficient rate of $12k per month. We're optimistic and committed to significantly improving these metrics in the forthcoming year.
