We specialize in automating data onboarding, normalization, pricing, and API delivery to enhance data monetization for providers and ensure efficient access for consumers. Our platform is designed with AI-agent readiness, offering easy access to real-time, historical, and alternative data through intuitive APIs, SDKs, and apps.

My key role is the Chief Strategy Officer and I'm responsible for strategizing partnerships, planning sales strategies, managing content operations, fostering relationships with data providers, and supporting fundraising efforts to boost platform adoption and revenue growth.

Our CEO Tim Baker scaled IEX Cloud's MRR by 3.5 times; CTO Pedro Aguayo developed scalable systems at Oracle & IEX, while CSO Yochai Korn enhanced IB's data unit revenue from -$30M to $100M ARR.

Our Advantages

Business model

Revenue‐share & setup/white‐label fees from providers (15–20% of their revenue) plus subscription & usage‐based API fees from consumers (core & edge data priced by asset universe & consumption).

Traction

June 2025: Successfully rolled out our newly developed viaMCP AI-agent server.

By the end of the first year, we will have launched six white-label productions in Europe, successfully integrated with Microsoft CoPilot, and deployed a consolidated US equities feed with our consortium. Additionally, we'd have partnered with over 10 marketplaces, achieved an ARR of $1.3 million and expanded our sales team as well as support and engineering teams. We also plan to introduce advanced features through our viaMCP AI-agent.

Metrics

In December 2024, we brought our first marketplace partners onboard. By March of '25, we secured a Letter Of Intent (LOI) from Microsoft for API integration followed by an LOI in May'25 with Swiss Exchange SIX for white-labeling services. In June ’25, showing signs of momentous traction and exponential growth potential, the launch of viaMCP marked another significant milestone on our startup journey.
