Ready To Build Green Energy Projects
RtB Renewables streamlines the process for renewable developers aiming to establish a substantial pipeline of green energy projects. We take on the heavy-lifting tasks. From site acquisition, grid connection to securing all requisite permits, we package these together into shovel-ready projects. Consequently, we offer an efficient route to the creation of Ready to Build Renewable Energy Projects.
Our mission is to drive renewable energy development by streamlining project planning, approvals, grid connection and project acquisition.
what question?
Loss of time, money and energy.
Renewable developers seek rapid, de-risked projects. With a 10-year window to build Australia's necessary renewable infrastructure, speed is crucial.
The solution is to provide the developers with an ongoing pipeline of ready to build renewable energy projects that have already been de-risked, approved and have a grid connection.
At RtB Renewables, we're streamlining the process of renewable energy development. We do the heavy lifting - from acquiring sites, connecting to grids, and securing permits, to delivering ready-to-build projects. Our mission focuses on driving green energy production in an efficient manner. By addressing challenges like time-consuming procedures and costly setbacks, we serve developers aspiring to establish substantial green energy pipelines. Helpful technologies for us encompass AI application for optimized project scheduling and management tools suited for remote collaboration.
We use GIS software for site prospecting, secure sites, manage connections and approvals, build community support, and sell de-risked SPVs.
At RtB Renewables, we expedite renewable energy project setups, saving time and resources for developers through pre-approved shovel-ready projects.

Is our goal in the next 3 years
My key role in our startup is securing approvals and providing technical insights. I'm responsible for assuming leadership duties, driving sales, and imparting specialized knowledge to the team.
Craig Balmanno: 20+ years in renewable energy, Young Australian of Year for Environment, Queen's Trust Recipient with expertise in business and engineering.
Potential competitors may include traditional land and industry developers who are moving towards greener solutions. However, our niche lies in offering de-risked, ready-to-build projects - a service they currently lack.
RtB projects are pre-approved, risk-mitigated and have secured grid connections. We also ensure local community support for these ventures. Initially, we give exclusive access to preferred partners before opening the opportunity to the broader market.
We make a small portion of our income on a cost plus margin. The bulk of our income is made on a fee per watt of nameplate capacity for generation and a fee per watt hour of battery storage capacity.
We've secured our first site, initiated the grid connection query and begun the Development Approval process. A fund for working capital, community initiatives, and acquiring ground truthing equipment has been established.
We've successfully secured our first transaction for the RtB project, marking a significant progress milestone in our company's journey.
Developer fee per unit power, either watt or watt-hour, embedded in the sale price.
Commencing with a robust start, we project our initial sale to skyrocket at $10 million in the first year, followed by a substantial leap to $35 million as we reach our second milestone.
