My key role in the product

My key role is pitching our startup, enticing potential investors by articulating our vision, strategy and profits in a convincing way.

Team size and key members

As the founder and currently the only team member, my background lies in fitness and recovery, which is evident from my active lifestyle involving long-distance running and high-intensity interval training. However, to strengthen our footing in this domain further I'm looking to expand our team with individuals who have expertise in areas like physical therapy, sports nutrition, software development (for any potential digital solutions), sales & marketing, particularly within the fitness industry.

Competitors

Competitors

Current market competitors include compression wearables and pneumatic systems, the latter mainly used for post-activity recovery. Both enhance circulation and reduce soreness but lack integrated vibration technology. Other alternatives are hand-held vibration therapy devices and heat or cold therapy tools, each having their own limitations in terms of convenience and portability.

Our Advantages

Our product's advantages arise from its portable, wearable design that combines compression and vibration therapy for effective results. This hands-free solution is lightweight and discreet, making it suitable for different settings without disrupting daily routines. Above all, our offering stands out through its potential affordability and accessibility in the advanced recovery technology market.

Business model

We generate revenue through direct sales of our sleeves, subscription for advanced features, and B2B partnerships with sports and fitness institutions.

Traction

Our products are primed for market launch, having undergone extensive client testing and rigorous R&D processes. We're poised to scale effectively immediately.

Metrics

We monitor key metrics such as daily active users, session duration, usage frequency, NPS score, return rate, and defect rate. Our sales metrics include units sold, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), while costs are tracked via COGS and CAC. Additionally, we collect user feedback to guide product improvements.

Our startup is set on an impressive trajectory, with a projected week-over-week revenue growth rate of 100%, though this number might fluctuate depending on variations in our growing customer base.
