Our Advantages

Our system delivers cost-effective, high-speed tech-integrated solutions for versatile mixed-use buildings. It enables a blend of apartments, hotels and offices within the same structure owing to non-bearing walls, ensuring economic and sustainable space utilization.

We have a 50% brut margin. They pay for the material and the work/assembly including interior such as kitchens, bathrooms, inner walls. Excluding ground work and/or slab (concrete).
