Revolutionary AI-Driven Ecommerce Builder
Jinnify, our AI-powered startup, is your personal Genie for creating a thriving online store. It autonomously handles everything, from building your store, managing inventory, crafting compelling content, to integrating analytics, marketing, and research tools. By removing setup and integration issues, Jinnify ensures a superior ecommerce journey.
Our vision is to replace the current e-commerce world powered by cloud SaaS, like it was previously replaced the old-school hosted e-commerce CMS platforms.
We’ll start with narrow segments like small and medium Amazon Sellers, who already have a store on Amazon or just going to set up the new one.
Our customers are overloaded with manual work, loosing time and money while trying to keep their store and inventory up to date. They have lots of different tools and gigabytes of information about their customers and competitors, so they can’t process it at their human capabilities.
The issue is prevalent as countless sellers are launching online stores. Increased manual labor demands more hires, diminishing their profits.
Our AI Agent autonomously constructs the store, fills the inventory, generates necessary content and integrates various tools for seamless e-commerce operations.
Our startup, Jinnify, leverages AI to revolutionize e-commerce by automating all aspects of online store management. Designed to alleviate the manual labor burden for small and medium-sized Amazon sellers, Jinnify eliminates integration issues, offering an ultra-efficient platform that handles everything from store building and inventory management to analytics and market research tool integration. Our goal is to replace current cloud SaaS powered e-commerce with a more efficient system in line with our vision of seamless digital commerce.
It works by continuously taken the operations from store owner and operator that are currently done manually, and replacing with autonomous AI agent.
With Jinnify, customers experience e-commerce made easy with automated technical operations and optimized search listings for increased visibility.

Is our goal in the next 3 years
My key role is Co-founder and CEO, responsible for setting strategic directions, making major corporate decisions, and building a strong team.
Max Vydrin, our COO & co-founder, has 20+ years in B2B eCommerce and AI. Accomplished CEO at X-Cart and VP of Engineering at Seller Labs.
Our primary competitors include prominent e-commerce SaaS platforms like Shopify, which are integrating AI capabilities. Furthermore, Amazon is offering its sellers some AI tools. Other potential adversaries might be emerging startups implementing similar innovations in the field of e-commerce and AI integration.
Jinnify revolutionizes e-commerce by transitioning from a human-centric approach to an AI-centric one, transforming online store operations holistically rather than just supplementing with AI features.
We begin with a subscription model offering free store setup and then generate revenue through monthly fees for inventory management. As business grows, we pivot to a pay-as-you-go model.
Having strategically redirected CopyMonkey.ai, we now generate textual content for Amazon sellers. Our pivot has borne fruit; without paid marketing or acquisition strategies, we consistently achieve 500+ monthly sign-ups and $1000 in monthly recurring revenue.
We project to garner 2000 free-tier users and anticipate approximately 150 premium customers boasting an $800 LTV, which should generate a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of about $15k.
We analyze key metrics like monthly organic traffic, search volume while also measuring conversion rates for visits to signups and from signup to subscriptions. Furthermore, we make retention a priority as it underscores the long-term value of our offering.
Our company incorporated in
Currently in Latvia. Delaware C-corp in 3 months.
Our main risk stems from large platforms implementing similar AI-centric solutions and redirecting their current users towards it. However, history indicates challenge in execution with examples such as Magento failing to develop a successful cloud solution allowing Shopify to gain notable market share.
