As we continue to scale, Niche is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a marketplace for Southeast Asian designer labels, we are dedicated to providing a unique, tailored shopping experience that connects our global customer base to the exotic product lines and creator narratives of these brands. In this role, you will be expected to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, facilitate communication across departments, and strategize sustainable growth initiatives. You will also contribute to the facilitation of our business model, which incorporates commission, listing fees, in-content ads, and live stream partnerships. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in operations for ecommerce platforms, preferably with experience in the Asian markets. You must have a demonstrable history of managing cross-functional teams and the ability to strategize and spearhead growth initiatives.
