As the Founder and CEO of !nService, I am looking to invite a passionate and skilled co-founder on board to share the responsibilities of the company. The ideal candidate should have experience and keen interest in data management, understanding of law enforcement intricacies, and a commitment to transforming the standard model of law enforcement record management. The candidate would be responsible for the continued product development, suggesting and implementing growth strategies, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. This is not just a job; it is a commitment making a real, measurable impact, improving the work of law enforcement agencies and their relationships with their communities. This person should be ready for the challenge and share our mission to empower law enforcement with real-time, efficient record management solutions in order to save time, money, and build community trust.

Our startup, !nService, is redefining the way law enforcement record management is handled. With real-time, interactive solutions for use in the field or a vehicle, we're addressing a gap left by current inefficient and costly systems. Our aim is to save Americans over $500 million annually in underutilized hours, administrative errors, and duplicate efforts while improving mental health and community trust.

Many of these systems are outdated and under-performing. Pen and paper, MS Word, Windows-based clients, old databases, silo'd. etc.
